The X Collective (XCO) has
won the Gold Award for Best Engagement by Media Owner at the Loyalty &
Engagement Awards 2018 for its App WINK+.
This award recognises WINK+’s
best-in-class engagement strategy that helps media owners and publishers build
stronger relationships with audiences, secure tangible target audience-related
results, while augmenting brand proposition and subscription.
XCO impressed the judges – comprising
Marketing and CRM industry leaders from organisations such as DBS, McDonalds,
Nestle and Mastercard – with the WINK+ Play feature. This feature allows
brands to create on-the-go surveys where users can participate to get WINK+
points. Easily activated, marketers can commission a survey by simply selecting
their target audience by age and gender from WINK+’s database.
The Awards, held on 13 July
2018 at Shangri La, is the only accolade in Asia Pacific to showcase the best
in customer loyalty and engagement.
The WINK+ app is free, and
can be downloaded from the Apple App store or Google Play. Commuters and
motorists can earn points and convert them into rewards to shop and dine at
participating WINK+ retailers and merchants when they drive, ride and scan
WINK+ QR codes found in the SMRT transport network.
